This is due to the construction at the West End. as follows: Start on Race St >> Left on West St >> Left on Laurel St >> right on North Main St >> straight onto Chruch St >> Left on South St >> Left on Main St >> Left on Riverside Ave >> right on Hope St >> right on North Main.
Mum Festival and Parade are on.. Rain or Shine!!
Boulevard is now closed to traffic!
