Mantels for the Season at the American Clock & Watch Museum 11/15-12/15  (17,750 Views)

Mantels for the Season will run from Friday, November 15 through Sunday, December 15, 2019.

Mantels in the museum’s 1801 house and adjoining galleries will be festooned with seasonal displays created by local businesses and community members. "This event provides an opportunity for our clocks and watches to become the focal point and inspiration for each display,” states Patti Philippon, the museum’s Executive Director. "There was such a positive response to the innovative designs created for last year's inaugural event, that we extended the timing this year so more of our visitors can enjoy the beautiful mantelscapes."

Participants include Pier 1, The Artificial Flower Shop, Wojtusik Nursery & Garden Center, The Inside Story, Modifica Interiors, Kim Ciccarello & Catherine Hoerle, and Broadview Manor. The event is sponsored by Bristol Health and Liberty Bank.

Mantels for the Season is included in the price of admission. The museum is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. through December 1st (closed Thanksgiving Day). It is open on weekends from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during the winter--Friday through Sunday--beginning December 6th.
