Book Talk & Signing with Judith Giguere, Author of “The Ghosts of Chippeny Hill”

Those loyal to England in Revolutionary War times were known to gather on Chippeny Hill, located in the northeast corner of Bristol (then, New Cambridge), Harwinton and Plymouth. Called the Tories, their stories are today’s legends, ghosts, and myths —the very fabric of early Connecticut. Born and raised in Terryville, and currently the official Plymouth Town Historian, Judith Giguere is also the author of “Plymouth Revisited.” Copies of her latest book will be available for purchase and autographing after her talk. Please register in advance by calling or visiting the library.
